Information used by the website
Depending on the feature you use, the development website may process:
- Account information, including your email address and the profile details you choose to provide.
- Auction activity, saved properties, bids, offers, payment references, and support history.
- Contact-form information, including your name, email, optional phone or subject, and message.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Optional analytics is off until you allow it.
How information is used
Information supports account access, property and auction features, payment confirmation, requested communications, customer support, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
Auction14 does not enable optional analytics in this implementation until you make that choice in Cookie Settings.
Service providers
The development service relies on providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, maps, email, and optional analytics. A production launch must publish the final operator and processor list, purposes, and any applicable transfer information.
Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout. Auction14 receives payment status and reference information needed to confirm membership; this policy does not claim that Auction14 stores full card details.
Your choices and requests
You can change optional analytics at any time through Cookie Settings. You may contact support to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request.
Automated account deletion remains unavailable while Auction14 defines how to retain or anonymize auction and payment records safely. Support will route requests for review; this draft does not promise a specific legal outcome or response period.
Retention and security
Auction14 keeps development records needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and review the service. Final retention periods by record type must be approved before launch.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or information is at risk.
Privacy contact
Use the Contact Us page and choose a privacy-related subject where available. The final production policy must identify the responsible legal entity, postal address, and any jurisdiction-specific rights before launch.
