Depending on the feature you use, Auction14 may process:

• Account information, including your email address and the profile details you choose to provide.
• Auction activity, saved properties, bids, offers, payment references, and support history.
• Contact-form information, including your name, email, optional phone or subject, and message.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are off until you allow each category.

Information supports account access, property and auction features, payment confirmation, requested communications, customer support, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

Auction14 enables optional analytics and advertising measurement only after you choose the relevant categories in Cookie Settings. Existing analytics permission does not enable marketing cookies.

Auction14 uses service providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, maps, email and optional analytics. If you allow marketing cookies, Meta receives public page URLs, browser and cookie identifiers, public property IDs and successful enquiry events to measure advertising. We do not add names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages, financial details or private documents to Pixel event parameters. Authentication, account, payment and verification pages are excluded from Pixel tracking. Information is shared as needed to provide those functions and to support auction participation, buyer verification, transactions, security and legal obligations.

With marketing permission, a successful new account signup also sends a CompleteRegistration event from our server to Meta through the Conversions API. It includes the signup time, a fixed signup-page URL, browser user agent and available Meta advertising cookie identifiers. The verified email and an account identifier are normalized and hashed with SHA-256 before being sent for matching and duplicate prevention; hashing does not make this information anonymous. This event excludes names, phone numbers, payment details and private documents. Global Privacy Control and withdrawal prevent future optional conversion requests.

Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout. Auction14 receives payment status and reference information needed to confirm membership; this policy does not claim that Auction14 stores full card details.

You can change optional analytics and marketing at any time through Cookie Settings. You may contact support to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request.

Submit access, correction or deletion requests through Contact Us. We may need to verify your identity. Some auction, payment, security or legal records may need to be retained; we will explain applicable limits when responding.

Auction14 retains information as needed to provide the service, maintain auction and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or information is at risk.
